Good news, y’all! The brand new 2NE1 single “Lonely” is scheduled to drop on May12th, less than two weeks away. The song will serve as the first of SIX new singles due out from the group, with a new single set to be released every three weeks from the date of their comeback.
2NE1′s producer Teddy King (also Big Bang's producer) recently gave an update on the girls’ new album, confirming that it’s almost complete: “You can say that the singles to come are about 90% completed. The framework for the album is done, and all that’s left is working on the details.”
Teddy also confirmed that he’s been over in America recently working with U.S. producers and songwriters. He didn’t elaborate what it was for exactly, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was 2NE1-related.
