YG Entertainment revealed on the 30th that visitors had flooded the website to see the live broadcast of Park Bom on the internet.
According to the company, on the 29th, as soon as the first episode, ‘YG ON AIR – Park Bom Episode’ was revealed on Naver, visitors had flooded the site and for a while, the servers had crashed.
While they were working on bringing the server back up, not only did Sandara Park and Park Bom answer several of the visitors’ questions in live time, the two of them showed their playful side through videos and were able to spend time bonding with netizens.
On this day, Park Bom had made a live performance of her current hit song, ‘Don’t Cry’ as well as ‘You & I’ both in acoustic version.
Netizens who watched the broadcast praised her, saying, “When you listen to her voice, you really get goosebumps”, “Even though the song had ended, it really echoes through you for a while.”
Also on this day, CL had sang one verse of 2NE1′s title song to be released on the 12th of May, ‘Lonely’, creating heightened anticipation.
Meanwhile, next week’s episode of YG ON AIR will include Park Bom’s Don’t Cry sung by all 4 members of 2NE1, and Big Bang on their tour in Japan.
